IQ Puzzle #16 - Medium

So apparently the last puzzle was a little bit too easy, here is one that should take a while to wrap your head around!

    rrr, I am sad that ppl have already posted.

    C is the gut reaction, which thus far hasn't served me wrong. Since Linus already played I won't choose that.

    D, for a diagonal reverse LOL made me lol, not my answer but it was funny.

    but for a final answer I'm going with A on the offside chance that Linus is wrong.
